eGift Card Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Myfanwy Jones Jewellery eGift Card page. Please take a moment to read these terms so you know exactly how your card works and what it can be used for.

Using Your eGift Card

You can redeem your eGift Card online at www.myfanwyjonesjewellery.com towards:

• Any workshop booking, or

• Any in-stock jewellery or item available on our website.

Simply enter your unique gift card code at checkout. The value will be deducted from your total.
If your purchase is more than the value of your card, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

Validity

• Your eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• After 12 months, any remaining balance will expire and the card will no longer be accepted.

• Please make sure to use your card within the validity period.​

Refunds and Balances

• eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No change will be given, but any remaining balance will stay on your card for future use (within the 12-month validity).

• If your eGift Card is lost or stolen, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee a replacement.

Workshops and Cancellations

If you use your eGift Card to book a workshop:

• Our Workshop Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings.

• If we have to cancel a workshop, we’ll reissue your card or provide a new one for the same remaining balance and validity period.​

These terms don’t affect your statutory rights under UK law.
The eGift Card is issued by Myfanwy Jones Jewellery, and all purchases and redemptions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
