Shipping
Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from purchase as they are currently in stock, but of course we will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
FREE UK Delivery - Once dispatched this takes between one and three days, however during busy periods it can take up to 5 working days
Items are sent using Royal Mail services
All jewellery is lovingly handmade by Myfanwy, and it is not always possible to carry stock of all our designs.
Made-to-order items typically take 4-6 weeks to hand make in the workshop.
In the run up to Christmas 2025, orders made before December 1st will be dispatched in time for Christmas

SHIPPING to EU and Northern Ireland
Unfortunately due to recent changes in EU shipping laws, we are currently unable to ship to EU countries. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and are actively working to find a solution so that we can resume shipping to the EU in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase of Myfanwy Jones jewellery, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact info@myfanwyjonesjewellery.com for full return instructions and our returns address.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on rings or bespoke pieces as these items have been made especially for you. If a ring doesn't fit we can offer a resizing service for a small fee
Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. Please package pieces securely when they are returned.
We recommend that you send back items by Royal Mail Special Delivery or another secure and insured shipping method, to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue.
EXCHANGES
Please state which items you would like to exchange for and why in an email to info@myfanwyjonesjewellery.com
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received. Must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Myfanwy Jones Jewellery will not accept returns of any items that have been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can figure out what's happened and sort it for you as soon as possible.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Commissioned pieces or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
